Sports Physicals for 2090-2010

The Health Express will be here at the end of April to do school physicals again for $10! Their big mobile van will be at the Middle School on Tuesday, April 28th and the High School on Thursday, April 30th. These are by appointment only and students will be allowed out of class with parent permission. On June 25th they will be here again for any student still needing a physical. These physicals will be good for the entire 2009-2010 School Year. Pass the word!! There are forms that need to be completed by parents ahead of time....forms will be available from the Health Room- call if you want us to send them home with your child.
